These Terms of Service govern use of the TkTurners website and the general information made available on it. They also describe the baseline rules that apply when someone contacts TkTurners before a separate proposal, statement of work, or client agreement is signed.

If a later signed agreement conflicts with these public terms, the signed commercial agreement controls for that client relationship.

The website is provided to explain TkTurners services, share implementation perspective, and give prospective clients a way to get in touch. Users agree not to misuse the site, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, or use the website for unlawful, abusive, or deceptive activity.

Website content is informational and should not be treated as a binding promise of scope, delivery timing, business outcome, or technical result. Actual services begin only after TkTurners and the client agree on scope, commercial terms, and the delivery arrangement.

Illustrative blueprints, examples, and industry pages are meant to show the kind of systems TkTurners can design and implement. They should not be read as documented client case studies unless the page explicitly says so.

Discovery calls, contact forms, and email outreach are intended to assess fit and clarify next steps. TkTurners may decline an inquiry, pause a conversation, or recommend a different scope if the engagement is not a fit.

If a project moves forward, proposals, approvals, and invoices may be handled through GoHighLevel or related workflow systems. Payment obligations, deadlines, and deliverable terms are defined in the approved commercial documents for that project.

Unless a separate agreement says otherwise, the website design, copy, branding, graphics, and original materials published by TkTurners remain the property of TkTurners and may not be copied, republished, or redistributed in a misleading or unauthorized way.

Client-specific deliverables, configuration work, automations, and supporting assets are governed by the terms of the relevant proposal or signed client agreement.

The website does not provide legal, tax, accounting, cybersecurity, or other regulated professional advice. Any operational or automation discussion on the site is general information only.

TkTurners works to design practical systems, but the business does not guarantee uninterrupted website availability, absolute platform reliability, or specific revenue, lead, or conversion outcomes unless those commitments are expressly made in writing.

To the fullest extent allowed by applicable law, TkTurners is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of the public website or reliance on its general informational content.

Where a signed client agreement exists, liability and remedy terms in that agreement govern the commercial relationship.

TkTurners may update these terms from time to time as the website, service structure, or operating practices change. Continued use of the website after updates means the revised terms apply to future website use.
